Our priority is nurturing you, our customers, ensuring you feel heard and cared for, while ensuring we maintain professionalism and expertise when providing recommendations, treatments, and services.
We have designed our clinic to be easily accessible to our community and equipped to provide for the needs of your animals. We have created a spacious reception and we even have a kid's area!
We know that pets are a part of your family, so we ensured we have generously sized consultation rooms so you can bring the entire family if you like! There's plenty of space at Bottle Tree Vets. We also love to be able to communicate with you post visit, our team has the environment in mind and are minimising our impact by using many paperless systems. A garden is good for the soul and your pets. We have created a beautiful outdoor space surrounding our spectacular bottle trees for any pets that may be visiting for a little longer.
Internally, we have the surgery centrally located with all of the latest equipment to keep your pet safe and warm while under anaesthesia. Have you ever experienced a warming blanket? It's divine!
Having these small touches we believe is what sets our clinic a part, creating the best experience possible for you and your pet.

"Lauren was our after hours vet when our border collie was bitten by a red belly black snake. Lolly was in the late stages of paralysis by the time we reached surgery, it was so traumatic seeing her like that. Lauren remained so calm & reassuring at all times. She was very professional but also compassionate while giving us realistic outcomes & updates of her progress during her stay. After a week stay Lolly was able to come home to us. We are so lucky that Lolly is still with us and still to this day I give credit to Lauren for saving her life. I would highly recommend Lauren to look after your fur babies!"
