"Lauren was our after hours vet when our border collie was bitten by a red belly black snake. Lolly was in the late stages of paralysis by the time we reached surgery, it was so traumatic seeing her like that. Lauren remained so calm & reassuring at all times. She was very professional but also compassionate while giving us realistic outcomes & updates of her progress during her stay. After a week stay Lolly was able to come home to us.
